摘要: Autoantibodies to 65 kD glutamic acid decarboxylase (GADAA) and ICA512 (ICA512AA) were measured by radioimmunoassays using as antigens in vitro transcribed translated [35S]-methionine-labeled human GAD65 (IA-2). The prevalence of GADAA ICA512AA sera from 87 patients with IDDM was 39 23%, respectively. frequency titer declined sharply within 5 years after the onset IDDM. Among tested 4 diagnosis, significantly higher acute than slowly progressive (37 versus 6%, P < 0.025) irrespective age, while there no difference between subtypes (51 63%). A total two out 121 NIDDM positive for GADAA, other patients, who suffering sarcoidosis, ICA512AA. Neither antibodies four atypical aged 20 years, showed ketosis at required insulin followed excellent metabolic control diet restriction alone. These observations suggest that are associated rapid progression β cell damage radioassay, combination GAD assay, may provide a useful diagnostic marker especially youth.
