摘要: Abstract The effect of irradiation on microstructure four irradiated reactor pressure vessel steels (a low copper A533B-1 plate, a A508-3 forging, high Linde 80 flux weld and 1092 weld) was determined by using complementary microstructural techniques such as optical position-sensitive atom probe (OPoSAP), field emission gun scanning transmission electron microscopy (FEGSTEM) small angle neutron scattering (SANS). In the steels, resulted in shifts transition temperature changes hardness increments. analyzes showed that this response dominated matrix damage. contrast, both copper-enriched clusters damage formed welds. This information then used input to Russell–Brown model predict change resulting from clusters. calculated increments were found be consistent with experimental data.
