摘要: In the previous chapter, shock has been examined in terms of its final common pathway—the development inadequate or inappropriate tissue perfusion, sufficient to cause cellular hypoxia, with accumulation toxic metabolities. Restoration a normal milieu interieur is attempted by homeostatic physiological mechanisms, and aims management include manipulations maintain blood flow, hence oxygen delivery, vital organs, whilst at same time treating underlying shock.
