摘要: A layered material grown between a substrate and the upper layer involves complex interactions confined reaction space, representing an unusual growth mode. Here, we show multi-layer graphene domains on liquid or solid Cu by chemical vapor deposition method via this 'double-substrate' We demonstrate interlayer-induced coupling effect twist angle in bi- graphene. discover dramatic disunity for different layers, which is explained ideas of 'gate' transport process within space. These key results lead to consistent framework understanding dynamic evolution multi-layered flakes tailoring layer-to-layer practical applications.
