摘要: The kinetics of actin polymerization were analyzed by taking into account nucleation, elongation, and spontaneous fragmentation filaments. Polymerization curves measured in the presence potassium (40 mM) found to be good agreement with calculated for assumption that nucleation elongation but no reactions occur. calcium (1.8 or magnesium (0.6 mM MgCl2 0.5 EGTA) could only stimulated when was assumed occur addition elongation. experiments reported this study even absence ultrasonication shear forces filaments may break spontaneously extent depends strongly on experimental conditions. Spontaneous changes shape significantly. When takes place, a relatively long lag phase is observed followed increasing rate reach final constant value quickly. On other hand, are formed exclusively approach slowly after short initial phase.
