摘要: Autophagy, which has the literal meaning of self-eating, is a cellular catabolic process executed by arrays conserved proteins in eukaryotes. Autophagy dynamically ongoing at basal level, presumably all cells, and often carries out distinct functions depending on cell type. Therefore, although set common genes involved this process, outcome autophagic activation or deficit requires scrutiny regarding how it affects cells specific pathophysiological context. The uterus complex organ that multiple tasks under influence cyclic changes ovarian steroid hormones. Several major populations are present uterus, interactions among them drive physiological tasks.
