摘要: Nocturnal oxygen desaturation in patients receiving long-term therapy is described despite adequate daytime oxygenation ( P ao 2 >8kPa). Domiciliary oximetry overnight was performed on ten treatment for chronic airflow limitation: six were well saturated throughout the night with a fall S to below 90% only 1% of monitoring time; four showed significant periods 15–47% time.
