摘要: A systematic treatment of collisional kinetic theory and transport for a high‐Z plasma in the presence an intense laser field is presented. The time‐averaged electron equation obtained three ways. Collisionally induced harmonics frequency distribution function examined. In case high low intensities, shown to possess self‐similar solutions. limit, solution found earlier by Langdon recovered. under special conditions, be Maxwellian. Monte Carlo calculations are corroborate these findings. it that anisotropic part follows isotropic adiabatically. An expression obtained. inverse bremsstrahlung heating rate derived agree with results. Memory effects discussed. emission pressure tensor derived. thermoelectric efficients calculated. And finally, fluid equations
