摘要: The authors present a quantum transport theory for an interacting electron-ion system in the presence of strong laser field. On basis center mass approach, quantum-kinetic equations their operator form are obtained, which directly reflect nonlinear effects due to field and drift velocity electrons. When these put into macroscopic form, we obtain plasma depend on energy loss function Im(-1/[epsilon]([bar q],[omega])). illustrate our theory, showing proper way calculate collective part inverse Bremsstrahlung process. 25 refs.
