摘要: Malabsorption leading to deficiency states has been described in a variety of infiltrative, inflammatory and infectious diseases the small intestine. The infiltrative are particularly interesting with intestinal changes usually developing late course, associated rapid progression symptoms generally poor prognosis. may occur as result anatomic affecting epithelial surface, or alternatively because normal exchange between epithelium blood lymph vessels lamina propria is impeded. Infiltrative deposits muscularis mucosa externa, serosa also have implicated. Although several biochemical morphologic studies suggest that steatorrhea occurs altered cellular transport lipid, recent evidence favors an intraluminal abnormality lipid distribution resulting from excessive growth upper bacterial flora its effect upon bile-salt metabolism nutrients such vitamin B12.
