摘要: Purpose of Review Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the fourth most common in both men and women USA, resulting over 55,000 deaths annually. Environmental genetic factors influence development CRC, inflammation a critical hallmark that may arise from variety factors. While patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) have higher risk developing sporadic CRCs engender or be potentiated by as well. In this review, we focus on recent advances basic translational research utilizing murine models to understand contribution signaling pathways CRC.
