摘要: Background Quantification of edema and scar maps with cardiac MR images (cMRIs) enables effective Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) arrhythmias during the Electrophysiology (EP) procedure [1]. This demonstrates paramount advantage over EP catheterization under X-ray ultrasound guidance. High-contrast resolution cMRIs can be obtained preoperatively as a roadmap for surgical planning RFA, whilst real-time MRI (rtMRI) used to guide update cMRI model [2] provide intraoperative visualization 3D vascular map. A fast efficient technique non-rigid image co-registration is required. Although feature-based registration methods rapidly processed by computing sparse features, outcome sensitive blurred artifacts that happens regularly in low-resolution rt-MRI, causing significant errors feature detections. With use Field-programmable Gate Array (FPGA), we hypothesized novel data structure architecture memory access allow robust based on comparison intensity patterns, thus fulfilling requirements clinical practice.
