摘要: The aim of the study was to identify and characterize lipopeptide (LP) biosurfactants produced by two Bacillus subtilis strains (KP7 I'-1a) grown on various media prepared from renewable natural resources: different brewery wastewaters (BW#4 BW#6), 2% beet molasses (M), apple peels extract (APE) supplemented with 0.25% yeast (YE) or peptone (P), similarly carrot (CPE). In all used both retained their individual LP production signature characterized surfactin iturin overproduction exhibited KP7 I'-1a strain, respectively. level structural diversity synthesized LPs were dependent medium composition. CPE+YE it higher than yield obtained in Luria-Bertani (140.6 100.3 mg L-1, respectively). Surfactins as a mixture four homologues (C13-C16) domination variant C14. All other broths resources strongly stimulated strain exception BW media. highest concentration (428.7 mg L-1) CPE+P culture about seven-fold LB. cultures only A identified. Among (C13-16) relative contents C16 (70-80%) calculated for samples APE+P data indicate that waste composition has an influence types amounts studied B. subtilis strains.
