摘要: Many viruses possess complex mechanisms involving multiple gene products and cis-regulatory elements in order to achieve a fine control of their expression at both transcriptional posttranscriptional levels. Hepatitis B virus (HBV) retroviruses share many structural functional similarities. In this study, by genetic biochemical analyses, we have demonstrated the existence novel element within HBV genome which is essential for high-level viral products. This located 3' envelope coding region. We shown that cis acting level its function exerted RNA processing as part transcribed sequences. also context heterologous gene. Similar Rev-Rev response interaction human immunodeficiency type 1, appears inhibit splicing process facilitate transport utilization transcripts.
