Amyloidosis is a group of disorders characterized by deposition an extracellular protein, known as amyloid, in abnormal fibrillar form with highly characteristic histopathologic staining properties. The clinical presentation can vary from focal, localized lesion where amyloidosis has minor consequences to extensive systemic disease that involve any organ system the body. Ocular occur or part disorder. Conjunctival uncommon condition rarely associated disease. It may be manifestation immunologic Case Report. We report case patient bilateral conjunctival who was referred us suspicion malignant lesion. Examination both eyes showed yellow-pink mass prominent intrinsic vessels, subconjunctival hemorrhage, and ectropion left lower eyelid. Diagnosis primary made based on evaluation incisional biopsy negative work-up. Conclusion. rare slowly progressive wide variety presentations. Consequently, diagnosis often overlooked delayed. Definitive achieved through specimen.
