摘要: This Briefing Note argues that while in the 1960s and 1970s China performed well on both health system objectives, 1980s it faltered, 1990s slipped still further. China's increasingly weak performance is argued to reflect system-wide weaknesses system. The cost of care has grown rapidly recent years, deterring use services, putting households who do services at financial risk.
