摘要: Abstract In this paper we extend the use of quality criterion t’ to optimize separations in capillary electrophoresis (CE). The theoretical parameter takes into account not only relative separation between a given pair compounds but also their from neutral species migrating with electroosmotic flow (EOF). Furthermore, it can be composed for complex mixtures as global multicriterium optimization function T′, rapid, simple and reliable selection optimized conditions by mathematical maximization. Here, demonstrate applicability T′ using variable electrophoretic mobility (me) pH mixture amyloid beta (Aβ) peptide fragments. addition, is shown versatility other variables related me, which do require experimental measurements. This case ionizable Aβ fragments, whose charge-to-mass ratios calculated if accurate pKa values are available literature. excellent performance T’ fragments further validated optimizing harmala alkaloids (HAlks) quinolone antibiotics.
