摘要: In this research, the formation of a nugget zone in dissimilar friction stir welding (FSW) brass to aluminum has been investigated. Also, main parts (SZ) besides their dependency parameters are probed. The base materials play role marker reveal material flow pattern. Investigations carried out by optical microscopy and scanning electron verifies three different areas including pin affected zone, shoulder swirling within SZ. Moreover, various types defects such as tunneling defect, coarse fragment defect created during FSW analyzed. an attempt made remove adjusting especially offset value which features formation.
