Growth of twin-free b-oriented YBa2Cu3O7-x Films

摘要: YBa2Cu3O7 - x films of b orientation have been grown on the surface (100)SrLaGaO4 crystal. It is demonstrated that pass to superconducting state at a temperature 89 K. In nonsuper-conducting region, film resistance decreases linearly with decrease in rate 30 Omega per 100A degrees C. According X-ray diffraction data crystallographic structure films, they are single-crystal and b-oriented. shown contain no domains other orientations, including a-oriented domains. Therefore, free structural twins.
