摘要: A large body of evidence exists to show that, following major injury or surgery, patients may become immunosuppressed and this lead increased susceptibility life-threatening infections [1–4]. Recent research by numerous investigators has shown that the secretion proinflammatory cytokines IL-1, TNF, IL-6 are markedly elevated in some clinical effects seen these patients, such as a process systemic inflammation leading multiple organ dysfunction (MOD) [5]. Clinical trials agents which block endotoxin TNF currently underway patients. Most work focussed on monocyte/macrophage participant cytokine cascade modulator immune response lymphocytes. The goal paper is suggest other phagocytic cell, polymorphonuclear neutrophil (PMN), same potential.
