摘要: A survey for citrus tristeza virus (CTV) strains, based on double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) analysis, was carried out in five locations the eastern citrus-growing area of Spain. CTV recovered from 137 trees different ages, species and varieties, sampled 53 orchards. The best months dsRNA recovery were April, May, September, October, November, highest yield obtained sweet orange cultivars. Sixteen profiles differing by number and/or position subgenomic bands detected. One these detected more than half analysed. Maximum diversity patterns found location with oldest orchards incidence (Alzira-Carcaixent). In many instances, several neighbouring same orchard, notably Alzira-Carcaixent, where 70% plots contained one profile. possible causes isolates this specific are discussed.
