摘要: Eu−Ga−O ternary compounds were synthesized from a mixture of cubic (c-) Eu2O3 and monoclinic Ga2O3 (β-Ga2O3) raw powders using the solid-state reaction method by calcination at Tc = 1200 °C. The structural optical properties investigated X-ray diffraction analysis, photoluminescence (PL) PL excitation (PLE) spectroscopy, Raman scattering measurements. Stoichiometric such as Eu3Ga5O12 (EGG) orthorhombic Eu3GaO6 molar ratios x = 0.375 0.75 [x≡Eu2O3/(Eu2O3 + Ga2O3)], respectively, together with end-point binary β-Ga2O3 (x = 0) (m-) (x = 1.0). change “cubic” to “monoclinic” in is due phase transition occurring Tc ≥ 1050 °C. In principle, perovskite-type EuGaO3 Eu4Ga2O9 can also be x = 0.5 0.667, respectively; however, stoichiometric could not this s...
