摘要: The paper reports for the first time aspects related to dynamics of broaching when features with complex geometries are generated. It describes an experimental analysis causes and outcomes damped-coupled vibrations semi-closed profiles, i.e. dovetails gas turbine engines disks. Singular indentations or groups tilted chatter marks were found in particular zones on broached surfaces. Analysis force acceleration signals revealed that result mainly occur due specific geometry cutting edges enable coupling three-dimensional (3D) vibrations. A new method detect appearance as a frequency has been proposed by monitoring elliptical movement edge via domain two signals.
