摘要: Sugar beet cyst nematode Heterodera schachtii Schmidt is an economically important plant parasite of sugar in Ukraine. The pest control options are limited. resistant varieties not available on the market. Carbamate and organophosphate pesticides have been banned due to high toxicity. problem aggravated by continuously increasing oilseed rape (which suitable host for H. schachtii) growing area biofuel demands. Several studies' results indicate that PGRs role management parasitic nematodes but it studied well. We had objective- studying four compositional created based avermectin suppression population caused enhancing endogenous si/miRNA complementary mRNA. Laboratory study was conducted 2011 with using method DOT-blot hybridization mRNA testing inhibitory activity cell free system protein biosynthesis. That shown application enhances oilseeds immune-protective properties resistance against plant-parasitic schochtii through enhancement synthesis small regulatory related (complementary) structure organisms. As a result, translation blocked causes mortality juveniles.
