摘要: An experimental investigation of the effects pre-bond contamination on Mode-I fracture toughness carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) bonded joints is presented in this paper. Two scenarios were considered; namely, silicon-based release agent and moisture. The two realized one composite substrates prior to bonding. common characteristic that they lead formation defects form weak bonds cannot be detected by conventional non-destructive testing techniques. investigated conducting mechanical tests double-cantilever beam specimens comparing results with relative measurements taken from reference specimens.
