摘要: Abstract Kittens were fed fluoride (2.5 mg. per kilogram of body weight) for 2 months. In one group animals the addition calcium (20 kilogram) to an otherwise calcium-deficient diet resulted in a depressed serum calcium, abnormally wide osteroid tissue, and increased formation resorption bone. second group, (100 prevented decrease development osteoid borders, it reduced both and, lesser extent, bone tissue. The study shows that elevated levels are capable preventing osteomalacic effects high fluoride.
