Experiences with gemeprost in first-trimester termination of pregnancy.

摘要: Forty women undergoing first-trimester termination of pregnancy were treated with 1 mg gemeprost, 3 h preoperatively. In more than 60%, dilatation or effacement the cervix occurred minimal side effects. Gemeprost is therefore recommended for use before routine suction in first trimester.
