摘要: Several computational models suggest that the hippocampal complex plays a key role in establishment of new memories, but over time storage such memories becomes independent this region. In support models, authors demonstrate patients with semantic dementia, who have relative sparing complex, show pattern preserved recent and impaired distant memories. group study used Autobiographical Memory Interview, amnesic Alzheimer's disease showed more typical temporally graded loss (poor recall memories), whereas dementia reverse pattern. single-case study, using Galton-Crovitz test, patient was significantly better at producing autobiographical from most 5 years. By contrast, controls provided similarly detailed across all periods back to childhood.
