摘要: Thromboembolic complications frequently occur following myocardial infarction. Following the general acceptance of anticoagulant therapy for treatment infarction, there have been some authors who recommended that this be withheld from "mild cases," unless they develop thromboembolic complications. It is belief present not justified are contraindications treatment, provided proper facilities available. Summaries experience with 14 so-called "good risk" cases infarction developed a total 18 certain and 4 probable presented. As result, were major amputations in 3 patients, 1 whom died.
