摘要: The periodic arrangement of anti-phase domain boundaries in the ordered alloy CuAu II has been determined by direct resolution domains electron microscope. High contrast image is obtained using dark-field technique with tilted illumination so as to maintain a better than 20 angstrom. consists series closed loops, which are arranged such way that there zones regularly spaced period In addition, some antiphase terminate within specimen.
