摘要: Abstract Two types of phosphate fillers (nanosized aluminum and microsized aluminum–zinc phosphate) were tested as anticorrosive in 2 K solvent-borne polyurethane paints based on commercial acrylic resin with OH groups an isophorone diisocyanate-type hardener. Three coating compositions containing (mica/quartz, TiO 2 , wollastonite, talc) also mentioned nanosized or prepared using a pearl-mill well laboratory dissolver, applied onto steel substrate cured at room temperature for 14 days. An influence the type content filler properties coatings has been investigated. Incorporation into increases their viscosity while exhibit reduced adhesion to substrates. The results corrosion tests salts spray chamber immersion aqueous NaCl solution indicated that paint system 9.8 wt.% nanofiller had similar protective coat higher dose (i.e. 15.6 wt.%) phosphate.
