摘要: Abstract Two-component solvent-borne polyurethane paints containing mica, quartz, TiO 2 , wollastonite, talc as well either nanosized aluminum phosphate or microsized aluminum-zinc anticorrosive filler have been tested. Three with various PVC and CPVC values had prepared applied onto steel substrate cured at room temperature. An influence of commercial dispersing additive dose a type content on features tested coatings has investigated. However, the incorporation into coating compositions increases their viscosity exhibit higher adhesion to substrates in comparison coats based (both samples characterized same value). Moreover, causes value former parameter improves (in case nanofiller) reduces (coats microfiller). The results corrosion tests salts spray chamber showed that paint system 9.8 wt.% 7.5 wt. parts (per 100 wt. all fillers/pigment compositions) better protective properties than 12.2 15.6 wt.% auxiliary content.
