摘要: Abstract Telecommunication system providers offer many special number commodities, and all marketing staff sell the commodities combinations according to their experience; consequently, telecommunication retailers find it difficult consider both user demands profits in strategies. This study proposes a classification model integrating K-means Particle Swarm Optimization (KPSO) C5.0. The particles' PSO only followed pbest gbest when moving, resulting disadvantage that may easily fall into local optimal solution. First, clustering analysis is carried out using KPSO method. Second, rules for results are formulated by C5.0 method, established order achieve effective descriptions of rules. methods proposed herein can help utilize complementary tariff products mobile numbers as basis future sales procurement. also analyzes best media customers' phone purchase utilizes different groups buyers omnichannel. able categorize new tariffs further conceptualize telecom product mix. Finally, effectively assist telecommunications retail industry considering procurement, projects, sales, solutions.
