摘要: To predict the Quality of Service at a node in heterogeneous networks line-of-sight, terrestrial, microwave links requires knowledge spatial and temporal statistics rain over scales few meters to tens or hundreds kilometers, periods as short 1 s. Meteorological radar databases provide rate maps areas with resolution fine hundred sampling period 2 15 min. Such two-dimensional, map time series would have wide application simulation scatter attenuation arbitrary millimeter-wave radio networks, if were considerably shorter, i.e., order 10 s less, integration volumes smaller. This paper investigates stochastic-numerical method interpolate downscale field shorter smaller areas, while conserving measured expected statistics. A derived maps, min sample period, are interpolated The interpolated-downscaled data compared fine-scale data, gauge 300-m resolution. is used fade duration link, these published ITU-R model.
