摘要: Since Machemer1,2 reported the use of vitreous infusion suction cutter in 1971, evolution pars plana vitrectomy has caused it to become one most widely used operations for retinal vascular disease and detachment treatments. Although Custodis' segmental scleral buckle was treatment with breaks,3 a surgical approach gained tremendous popularity recent years due development instruments such as cutters, intraocular illumination sources, endolaser delivery devices, scissors, forceps. The major advantages this type are direct relief vitreo-retinal traction removal opacities, if present, order gain access detached retina easily identify breaks.4 However, incomplete peripheral additional holes adjacent points sclerotomies associated an increased risk incarceration detachment. In postvitrectomized eyes, many problems can develop, hemorrhage, breaks, well uncontrolled fibrous proliferation. These complications require repeat interventions. Several reports have described outpatient fluid-gas exchange (F-G exchange) technique alternate approach.5-8 date, there been no studies on two-needle F-G detachments eyes. Therefore, we reviewed recto d 35 treatments assess value postvitrectomy using technique.
