摘要: Cryptochromes are non-opsin photoactive pigments which have been recently implicated in circadian photoentrainment. In humans and mice, two cryptochromes, called CRY1 CRY2, identified. Previously, it was shown that the expression of mCry1 oscillates with periodicity suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN) mouse. Herein, we investigated patterns both mCry2 various tissues effect Cry2 knockout on Cry1 expression. First, SCN, contrast to mPer1 other immediate early genes, is not inducible by acute light pulses. Second, found transcription follows a pattern liver skeletal muscle. Third, mutation causes phase delay SCN internal organs relative wild-type animals. Finally, no obvious seen all tested.
