摘要: Since the first real-space observation of charge density waves (CDW) on cleaved surfaces 1T-TaS2 by means a low-temperature scanning tunneling microscope (STM) Coleman et al. [1], many different CDW materials have been studied STM and related probe methods [2–5]. is particularly well suited for investigation local structure systems because formation connected with modification conduction electron wave-functions states at Fermi to level which directly sensitive to. The relative amplitudes as measured therefore reflect amount transfer into condensate. However, absolute corrugation are usually enhanced several mechanisms compared results obtained other experimental methods.
