Malter effect in thin ITO films

摘要: The subject of the study was field influence on electron emission into vacuum from ITO films deposited glass surface. were onto both surfaces and examined using Malter effect controlled by electric field. One layers electrode other treated as emitter. bias voltage applied to electrode. analysis carried out at a pressure 10 –5 Pa. Dependences secondary coefficient energy distributions electrons determined. diagrams obtained are characterized high non-monotonic behaviour. pulse amplitude spectra recorded in multichannel analyzer. It has been found that pulses count depends exponentially voltage. efficiency same inducing is affected state which sample before measurement. This means induced shows hysteresis-like existence this proves causes some irreversible changes emitting layer.
