摘要: Aim:  Primary clear cell carcinoma of the liver (PCCCL) is a subgroup primary hepatocellular (HCC), pathologically characterized by diffuse cells tumor, showing cytoplasm that does not stain with hematoxylin–eosin. At present, its clinicopathological and prognostic features are fully clarified. This study aims to clarify PCCCL. Methods:  The data 43 patients PCCCL treated hepatectomy in our hospital from January 1999 December 2003 were retrospectively analyzed. Results:  χ2-test showed positive rate hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection capsule formation group, which was markedly higher than common type HCC (CHCC) group (P = 0.000 P = 0.005). Meanwhile, vascular invasion notably lower but there no significant differences between twogroups 0.129). Kaplan–Meier method 1-, 3-, 5-year survival rates significantly CHCC 0.021). prognosis related formation, invasion, cirrhosis, ratio. ratio 0.011). Conclusion:  notable included HCV infection, invasion. better cells.
