摘要: This work describes the preparation, physicochemical characterization, mechanical properties and in vitro biological of two bioresorbable aliphatic segmented poly(esterurethane urea)s (SPEUU) based on poly(epsilon-caprolactone) diol (PCL diol), 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate novel urea-diol chain extenders. To strengthen interactions through hydrogen bonding hard segments SPEUU, extenders containing urea groups were synthesized used SPEUU formulation. The different chemical structures modulated phase separation soft segments, as demonstrated by thermal behavior. segment association was enhanced using a diurea-diol extender. between obtained materials blood studied methods. Research protein adsorption, platelet adhesion thrombus formation is presented. Studies adsorption onto polymeric surfaces showed that adsorbed more albumin than fibrinogen. SPEUU-coated coverslips indicated antithrombogenic behavior these surfaces. revealed no signs cytotoxicity to Chinese hamster ovary cells, showing satisfactory cytocompatibility.
