摘要: Cicatricial (scarring) alopecia forms a group of disorders in which the common final pathway is destruction hair follicle unit that replaced by fibrous tissue. Hair loss may occur as primary event when main target disease process (primary cicatricial alopecias) or secondary act an ‘innocent bystander’ course occurring outside follicular (secondary alopecias). Permanent also late phases some nonscarring alopecias are called ‘biphasic alopecias.’ Primary accounts for 5% all trichologic consultations at Section Dermatology, University Genoa, Italy. Considering has strong impact on patients’ psychology and quality life, can be associated with underlying systemic implications, it extremely important every clinician familiar diagnosis treatment different types alopecia.
