Alopecia secondary to mesotherapy

摘要: Mesotherapy has recently become an advertised method for the treatment of different types alopecia despite lack any data regarding its efficacy and possible side effects. The substances injected into scalp include "cocktails" natural plant extracts, homoeopathic agents, vitamins, vasodilators, drugs that may stimulate hair growth, such as finasteride minoxidil. We report two cases patchy developed after mesotherapy androgenetic alopecia. In first patient, injections heparinoid vasodilator mesoglycan; 3-month follow-up examination revealed a small residual area cicatricial second patient reversible multiple homeopathic agents. These underline risks therapeutic technique loss.
