摘要: The majority of the work in multiple-valued logic (MVL) area has been devoted to study various algebras and their properties. One such algebra was proposed by Allen Givone. This paper is concerned with circuit realizations for this algebra. GaAs MESFET's are used as basic elements. Several five-valued circuits including a LITERAL gate, MAX MIN gate. analysis program SPICE analyze circuits, results presented.
