摘要: Centrins are members of a highly conserved subgroup the EF-hand superfamily Ca 2+ -binding proteins commonly associated with centrosome-related structures. In retina, centrins also prominent components photoreceptor cell ciliary apparatus. Centrin isoforms diVerentially localized at basal body and in lumen connecting cilium.
