摘要: This paper reviews our studies in which we have used mutant mice to investigate the roles of myosin VIIa and kinesin II transport proteins photoreceptor outer segment. These suggest that both motors participate moving opsin along connecting cilium. Given velocities measured for these vitro, it is predicted resulting concentration plasma membrane cilium surprisingly low.
