摘要: The efficacy of protein A-horse radish peroxidase (HRP), as compared to that mouse polyclonal antibody raised against purified Ig, in detection black rockfish (Sebastes schlegeli Higendorf) immunoglobulin (Ig) was examined. Protein A affinity chromatography successfully Ig from serum; the purified-Ig could be visualised two bands (MW 70 and 25kDa) following resolution with sodium dodecyl sulphate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) under reducing conditions. In SDS-PAGE immunoblot profiles purified-Ig, recognised both light chain heavy chains whereas A-HRP immunostained only Ig. These results suggest may used detect antibody-antigen complexes immunoassays. a 2-DE assay for exploring antigenic Lactococcus garvieae KG9408, detected specific antibodies proteins L. addition, enzyme linked immunosorbent (ELISA) showed high correlation between obtained positivity when antibody-was analyse samples 25 diseased rockfish. collectively indicate has useful new investigations into humoral immune responses
