Magnetic Polarization and Fermi Surface Instability: Case of YbRh2Si2

摘要: We report thermoelectric and resitivity measurements of antiferromagnetic heavy fermion compound YRh2Si2 at low temperatures down under high magnetic field. At temperature, the power resistivity present several distinct anomalies as a function field around H_0 ~ 9.5 T when polarization reaches critical value. The are accompanied with change sign from negative to positive (H>H_0) resulting Lifshitz-type topological transition Fermi surface. A logarithmic divergence S/T \to 0 K just above (H=11.5 T) is quite comparable well known in temperature range order H=0 referred non liquid behavior. will be compared characterized surface CeRu2Si2 its pseudo-metamagnetic transition.
