摘要: The amino acid sequence of human apolipoprotein D, a component high density lipoprotein, has been obtained from the cloned cDNA sequence. 169-amino protein no marked similarity to other sequences, but degree homology plasma retinol-binding and members alpha 2u-globulin superfamily. Apolipoprotein D mRNA detected in liver, intestine, pancreas, kidney, placenta, adrenal, spleen, fetal brain tissue. Tissue culture cells transfected with secrete material that reacts anti-apoD antibodies.
