摘要: The EU 5thFramework project 'SEQUID' aims, by measuring and analysing different seafoods during storage conditions, to develop an instrument which will allow the determination of quality or freshness fish products. This is achieved first time domain response samples input step pulse (rise 60 ps) delivered surface open ended coaxial probe. data are then transformed, along with any other relevant variables such as temperature artificial nose responses, using multivariate analysis, for example principal component analysis (PCA). PC scores can be used in regression equations discriminant analysis. Results presented show how aspects (chilled frozen), storage, sensory attributes predicted. It also shown categorise into groups (eg once twice frozen).
