Optical nonlinearity of Bi2O3 nanoparticles studied by Z-scan technique

摘要: The third-order optical nonlinear susceptibilities of Bi2O3 nanoparticles coated by a layer stearic acid in toluene sol and bare hydrosol were measured the Z-scan technique. susceptibility was found to be two orders magnitude greater than that bulk Bi2O3. For nanoparticles, figures merit related linear loss two-photon absorption determined.
